The LENS Foundation of Charleston held an intimate Gathering of Peninsula Business Leaders and Local Residents, bringing together supporters from across the community. Thanks to the incredible support from the Charleston community, the City of Charleston Police Department’s outreach programs and public safety initiatives are growing, keeping Charleston safe and strong for all.

Councilman Mike Seekings highlighted Charleston’s unique challenges: with a population comparable to smaller cities but welcoming over 8 million tourists annually, resources are stretched. The LENS Foundation steps in to bridge this gap, ensuring a safe and welcoming Charleston for residents and visitors alike.
