Providing Patrol Bikes to CPD Officers

In an attempt to help the Charleston Police Officers connect to community members in the neighborhoods they patrol, LENS is raising funds to purchase patrol bikes. Patrol bikes make it easier for officers to engage with civilians, as compared to from their patrol car.
