Halloween Howl

 

Over 200 community members joined in the fun on October 24th, 2024. A D.J. provided lively music during the event that featured thrilling decorations, delicious food, and, of course, candy for the trick-or-treaters.

In a friendly competition of creativity, each division of the Charleston Police Department hosted a Spooky display. Community members cast votes for their favorites. It’s fitting that the Community Outreach Division took top honors this year.

The LENS Foundation is proud to provide funding and resources for this fun event that draws the community together with law enforcement.
