Helping Fund Fishing Charters for Charleston Police Officers

LENS Board Member from Seabrook Island help fund fishing charters for police officers and their families. The officers who participate in these excursions are selected by the Chief based on superior job performance and/or involvement in stressful on duty encounters, such as shootings. The day of fishing is meant to be an activity for the officers to enjoy with their families, with the goal of boosting their morale and showing appreciation.
